Following our free business review, it may be possible through negotiation with your existing bankers to agree short term increases in business overdraft facilities, particularly where our review identifies that the difficulties are likely to be short lived. In these circumstances the bank may require additional security during this period. In respect of limited companies this may often take the form of a debenture if not already in place, personal guarantees or mortgage over your property. We can advise you of the personal implications involved in granting this security.
Alternatively, in certain circumstances, it may be possible to move your existing banking arrangements to a member of our syndicate of banking partners, who may be prepared to offer you the facilities you require.
